The AltoStar® HHV-4/-5/-6 PCR Kit 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the detection and differentiation of human herpesvirus 4 [HHV-4, also called Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV)], human herpesvirus 5 [HHV-5, also called cytomegalovirus (CMV)] and human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6A and HHV-6B) specific DNA.
