AltoStar® Automated Whole Blood Pretreatment
The AltoStar® Automated Whole Blood Pretreatment is a software for the AltoStar® Workflow. With this software, the pretreatment of whole blood with the AltoStar® Automated Whole Blood Pretreatment Buffer 1.5 is performed automatically by the AltoStar® Automation System AM16. All pipetting steps are then executed by the AltoStar® AM16, starting with sample pretreatment, subsequent nucleic acid purification and final PCR setup.
